  • What types of insurance do you take?

    Shifting Tides Chiropractic accepts most major medical insurance. We offer non-insurance rates as well. We review a benefits check on your first visit. Call today to schedule a visit with a chiropractor.


  • Can my child be adjusted?

    We don't just provide back pain relief for adults, Shifting Tides Chiropractic specializes in pediatric chiropractic care. We even help create wellness and prevention strategies for your family. Visit our "Pediatric Chiropractic" page to learn more.


  • Will I be adjusted at my first appointment?

    We do not typically adjust on the first visit. This is determined on a case by case basis. When we first meet with you, we give you an evaluation and determine the best course of action to get you on the road to finding neck and back pain relief.

  • How long will my first appointment take?

    Your first appointment at our practice takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. It consists of an evaluation to see what your future visits with a chiropractor will be like. X-rays are taken on a case-by-case basis.

  • What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

    New patient forms are to be completed prior to or at your first visit with a chiropractor. Please bring your insurance card and a valid ID with you. Call us if you have any additional questions!
